Delta Planet Banja Luka

In 2017 Delta begins the construction of Banjaluka shopping mall.

The largest building of this type in the territory of the Republic Srpska will have the area of 62,500 m2, whereas 30,200 m2 will be for leasing.

The building will be located in the very centre of Banjaluka, at the corner of Olimpijskih pobednika Street and Srpske vojske Boulevard. The mall will host world-famous brands, some of which will be present in this market for the first time.

Apart from a large number of new shops, the shopping mall will also have the largest cinema in this region, with the area of 1,500 m2 and 6 movie theatres, as well as the supermarket, a food court and 1,000 parking spaces.

The opening is planned in the first quarter of the 2019.

Hotel InterContinental Ljubljana

Partnership between Delta Holding and InterContinental Hotels Group which has lasted since 2007. is continued with building of hotel InterContinental in Ljubljana. These two companies have already signed the Management Agreement for Crowne Plaza Hotel Belgrade and the Development Agreement for InterContinental Hotel in Belgrade.

Delta Holding constructed the tallest and one of the most attractive buildings in the capital city of Slovenia. The new five-star hotel has 165 rooms, 2 banquet halls for 500 guests, several conference halls, a presidential suite, a spa centre with a swimming pool and fitness zone. On the 21st floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with a panoramic view of Ljubljana.

Objects gross building area is 23.322 m², of which building area of above-ground floors 17.273 m² and underground 6.049 m².

The construction of InterContinental Hotel lasted 18 months. The total investment of Delta Holding was 42 million EUR.

Delta Planet in Varna

Delta Real Estate, Delta Holding member company, in cooperation with Bulgarian company AP investments, has finalized its acquisition of the shopping-mall in Varna, on the Black Sea coast. Varna is the second biggest city in Bulgaria and an important tourist center.

This project called Delta Planet and worth 120 million Euros, will be developed together with partner AP investments from Sofia led by two well renown Bulgarian entrepreneurs Angel Angelov and Peter Dudolenski, which have wide range of investments trough real estate developments, healthcare, trade and retail.

The performance of final works on the property with the area of 110.000 m2 are in the final stage while its opening is planned for last quarter of 2018. The works will be performed by Bulgarian contractor Planex.

Shopping-mall Delta Planet in Varna will have 3 floors and 3 underground levels for parking, as well as 12 most modern cinemas and about 160 premises with different purposes. The plan is to bring new world renowned fashion brands while a special attraction will be the roof-top green garden with a view of Varna and the Black Sea, which will make the property unique in the surroundings.

After the completion of InterContinental Hotel in Ljubljana, this project is yet another important investment of Delta in EU member-states.
